Local VFW leaders made stops at our local fire stations and provided us with POW MIA flags to fly under our US Flags in honor of National POW MIA Recognition Day. Our local VFW has always been very supportive of our department and its members and our professional fire fighter's association. We were honored to fly the flag in remembrance of all war veterans missing in action and for those who sacrificed as prisoners of war.
